Fall Happenings at Edgecomb Community Church
Fall is upon us and we would love to have you celebrate the season with us.
Come meet our new pastor Aram Mitchell, who began Sept. 29. Worship services begin at 9:30 a.m. with coffee hour to follow.
Enter a giveaway for a free holiday turkey. Enter your name in our Thrift Shop on Tuesday or Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for the drawings which Pastor Aram will conduct on Sundays, Nov. 3 and 17, during coffee hour at 10:30 a.m. Five turkeys will be given away on each of the two Sundays.
Explore the new fall offerings in our Thrift Shop (hours above) and be sure to mark your calendars for the Holiday Sales held on Nov. 12, 16 and 19.
Listen to the beautiful piano music by Joe Cough during our worship services at 9:30 a.m. Or join our choir—we are always looking for new members. Practices are at 8:15 a.m. each Sunday morning.
Our Little Corner Food Pantry is available during Thrift Store hours and after Sunday services. Bring what you can and take what you need.
A potluck supper is being held Saturday, Oct. 19, at 5 p.m. to continue Edgecomb’s 250th Anniversary celebration. Our pianist Joe Cough will lead the group in an old fashioned sing-along after the dinner. Please bring a small dish (serves 6) to share.
Don’t feel like cooking!? Join us on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month for a great home-cooked meal at noon. This is a free meal where all are welcome.
Did you know our Labyrinth in the Field located on the side of the church is always open to the public? This is a great space for private meditation, reflection, or spiritual renewal. Benches are provided for contemplation.
Please join us - our doors are always open. The church is located at 15 Cross Point Road in Edgecomb.
